The beach access was fantastic, with plenty of palapas for shade and top-notch service from the staff. I particularly enjoyed the delicious margarita pizza served right on the beach.

We were moved to a room with a king size bed at no extra charge and a cake was sent to the room to celebrate my husband's birthday. staff was friendly and food tastes good and portions are reasonable.

I had requested the change to a king-size bed since before the arrival, it would have been a better surprise to arrive and already have the king-size bed. There was a little noise in the rooms, especially when the doors to the other rooms were opened. There was an area on the beach that could only be used if you paid 2500 pesos.

Rooms without balcony with windows that don't open! Low quality and uncomfortable beach furniture. Few beach umbrellas on the beach and deckchairs set back from the sea. Expensive and bad beach restaurants (frozen vegetables) with unsympathetic staff. Nice gym but dark and without sea view. Very average beach surrounded by buildings. It looks like Dubai. It is more a business hotel than a place of villegiature. We left after one night. Thanks to the hotel for its cancellation policy.

Friendly staff and local amenities. . The private beach of the place is well cared for being a pleasant place to rest.

Breakfast is not included in the price which with the taxes is expensive. They do not receive dollars in the consumption expenses, only card or efvo Mexican pesos.

Problem with the window (no insulation) we could hear the noise from outside and from the corridor when we were on the 5th floor. The rooms are very cold even without air co. The shower leaks during the night. Super aggressive staff for tips, it didn't make us want to consume there anymore. Atrocious smell at the entrance. People eating in the pool. Soap put in the shower by the maintenance people was half empty. It's not worth the price we paid, we left very disappointed and despite all the worries we had the hotel didn't even make a single commercial gesture.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, with restaurants, supermarkets, and clubs just a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop across the street was a bonus. As backpackers, this was perfect for us.

Well-maintained beach with great access to quiet side. Lovely staff, good gym, excellent room service and good internet in rooms and lobby. Rent-free towels and games for a lovely swimming pool with comfortable deck chairs.

This hotel offers an incredibly luxurious and exclusive experience. the service is exceptional, with friendly staff that go above and beyond to fulfill every need. the Spa & wellness center provides an array of indulgent treatments, from full-body massages to beauty treatments, leaving us feeling pampered and relaxed. We had access to the stunning outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as direct beach access with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delicious buffet breakfast and exquisite dining options for in-room breakfast or poolside snacks. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the area's activities outside the hotel.

The only minor issue we experienced was the occasional delay in service, especially at the bar/lounge area. the quality of the drinks and food more than made up for it.

The truth is that the hotel is beautiful, recently remodeled, all the facilities are beautiful, the beach of dreams.

service is not very good, most of the waiters (of course with their exceptions) attend you very reluctantly, they rush you, service itself is quite poor, food is regular and price is very expensive! One beer - 110 pesos. This is something you should improve on. a lot, Another annoying thing is that on the beach if you bring a snack that is not purchased at the hotel are constantly bothering you can not consume anything outside the hotel! Those details make your stay less pleasant. another thing to say, they tell you that the buffet breakfast is included but there is no buffet and they limit you to an American breakfast with fruit, eggs, bread and coffee, I asked for my room to be cleaned daily and they only cleaned it one day. when I checked out they wanted to charge me for a drink that I had previously paid for at breakfast, I repeat that the service itself is bad. I would return by the beach. definitely with everything included if they have that option because of the high level of drinks and food,

Price quality, it is very expensive not to offer any added value is the same price of an all-inclusive and only offer you breakfast in the rate. There are better hotels in the area for less price

Beautiful bay setting, calm beach with no waves, pleasant swimming. Amazingly attentive staff, warm and welcoming. Beach Club with nice simple food and great view. Gym and spa facilities are great, large and peaceful lobby. Always able to find a nice spot on the beach.

The president's a good hotel. The location is great but the prices are excessively high.

The private beach was amazing with opportunities for jet skiing and luxury yacht watching. Concierge, bar men and porters were fantastic - so friendly and helpful! Comfortable and quiet rooms ideal for business trips or paid members. Overall I will recommend this hotel.

Wow! This resort was amazing! the beach was absolutely stunning with crystal clear water and talcum powder-like sand. the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had breathtaking ocean views. the on-site restaurants served delicious food and the breakfast buffet was superb. the resort was also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and attractions. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the bathroom had a constant bad smell coming from the drains, which was quite unpleasant.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the bus stop. Plus, the best beach in town is just a few steps away. You can also walk to the concierge's area and down the beach to find quiet areas where there are only houses. The room is clean, with modern decor and a great view of the ocean. The bathroom has all the essentials, including toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. Facilities are well-kept and the service is great, with staff attending to your every need.

Some guests can be loud and inconsiderate, making noise during the night.

The staff were amazing, especially Javier who helped us find our lost items. Reuben from Le Cap Beach Club is also great. The cleaning staff were amazing as well. The beach is very clean and the pool is nice. The location is great as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental. Our room on the 6th floor with a balcony offered breathtaking ocean views. The beach was clean and not too crowded, with plenty of loungers available. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant and room service offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. We especially loved the attentive service from the breakfast wait staff and the courteous spa staff.

I stayed at a hotel located right on a beautiful beach with powder white sand and turquoise blue sea. The pool and beach area were spacious and never felt crowded. I also enjoyed the convenience of having shops and more restaurants nearby. The room I stayed in was smaller than expected, but it had functional amenities and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Israel and Carlos who went out of their way to accommodate food allergies. The hotel also offered great facilities like a lounge and a nice pool/beach area.

The service in the hotel restaurants was lacking at times, with some staff seeming more focused on tips rather than providing good service.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to a large supermarket, the Go-Mart convenience store, and plenty of shops and restaurants. But the best part was definitely the beach - it was by far the best we've seen during our time in this city. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, and we appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and made our stay even better.
